As a Premier Partner and Service Center Baesis will be able to provide all tier 1 and tier 2 support for Dell Servers and Workstations in central Massachusetts, Baesis can serve its current customers as well as existing Dell customers with same or next day warranty service as well as depot repairs. This opportunity will allow Baesis and Dell’s customers to simplify IT spending by reducing the cost as well as complexity of any Dell solution, speed up deployment of customer orders with Dell which will help businesses run faster, better, and smarter.
