New Hires Bolster Baesis Inc.
Northborough-based firm continues growth with three new employees
Northborough, MA – March 21, 2012 – Baesis, Inc. announced today it has hired three industry veterans as it continues to fulfill its’ mission of growth. Appointed were Steven Rosendahl as Director of Professional Services, James Racicot as Senior Account Representative and Len Diana as Marketing and Sales Manager. “We are excited to add the level of experience our three newest employees bring,” said Frank Leonard, President of Baesis, Inc. “These are three extraordinarily talented men who will allow us to better serve our growing customer base and help the organization meet its’ corporate goals,” he added.
As Director of Professional Services, Rosendahl will oversee all aspects of a client’s migration to and integration of MISys Manufacturing software into their enterprise. Prior to joining Baesis, Inc., Rosendahl served as Director of Information Technology for Boston Biomedical Associates. In early 1980’s, as Vice President of Development for Spectra Fax, Rosendahl is credited with leading the team that developed the first flat bed color scanner for the personal computer.
As a Senior Account Representative, Racicot will be responsible for working with existing customers and developing new accounts. In addition to his sales responsibilities, Raciot will also maintain the company’s presence on the Internet by developing and implementing successful search engine optimization (SEO) and advertising programs. Prior to joining Baesis, Racicot was the Sales Manager at Printer Pro Solutions.
As Marketing and Sales Manager, Diana will be responsible for maintaining Baesis’ visibility with current and prospective customers, development of key proposals and RFPs and lead generation for the sales team.
In May, 2011 Baesis announced new plans for growth and expansion, including new office and training facilities in Northborough, MA which will allow them to better serve their growing customer base. “Our plan is to continue to grow and Steve, Jim and Len will help us fulfill our mission and manage that growth in the coming years,” Leonard said.

Northborough, MA (May 5,2011) Baesis is excited to be moving into a bigger, better location. They’re moving to 360 Church St., Northborough, MA on June 1st which will provide easy access off a major highway (I-290). Citing the recent recovery in the manufacturing sector and continued job growth, the partners at Baesis made the decision to invest in the new office space and training facility. This move to a new facility will now allow them to offer training classes, continuing their ongoing efforts to better serve their customers and future customers.
